Yesterday, for a post about rents (that ultimately never ran), Curbed talked to Venice-based real estate agent Jennifer Hughes of Bulldog Realty. Hughes believes there’s pretty much a $200,000 stand-off happening in Venice. Buyers want prices to come down about $200,000 right now, and if that happened, she believes inventory would start moving again. Is that the magic number?
